Rebecca Jarvis is the news anchor for "The Early Show Saturday on Saturday," as well as business and economics correspondent for CBS News. Rebecca Jarvis is based in New York.
Rebecca Jarvis joined CBS News on April 1, 2010, from CNBC, where she reported breaking stock, currency, and commodities market news from the New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ, and the New York Mercantile Exchange. While there, Rebecca Jarvis contributed to MSNBC and NBC News programs, and regularly guest anchored the "Closing Bell," "Squawk on the Street," and "Power Lunch." Additionally, Rebecca Jarvis covered prominent national events such as the Chrysler and General Motors bankruptcy, the Bernard Madoff scandal, the collapse of Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers and the sale of Merrill Lynch as well as the 2008 Presidential elections.

It's good to see Rebecca Jarvis doing more weekday anchor duties on The Early Show. With her and Dr. Jennifer Ashton we once again have the war of the leggage and stilettos like we saw before Maggie Rodriguez was kicked off.
