Katy Perry made a few heads turn over the weekend at the premiere of The Smurfs in New York City. The “Teenage Dream” singer rocked a Smurfette dress coupled with very blue pumps. Not the conventional outfit to wear, but it definitely fit the occasion. The movie hits theaters on July 29
